Strategy Studio
Briefs, frameworks, positioning artifacts. The most terse AI surface.
Strategy Studio is where a brief begins. The studio runs document-centric: every artifact is a structured document the operator can edit, the agent can suggest into, and Brand Guard can review.

What Strategy Studio runs
| Artifact | What it produces |
|---|---|
| Messaging framework | A 5-level hierarchy: brand narrative, positioning, value pillars, proof points, channel cues. |
| Brief | Campaign-level input for Content Engine and Creative Lab. |
| Positioning artifact | Standalone positioning statement with the substitution test applied. |
| Audience map | Persona overlay with jobs-to-be-done and decision criteria. |
Six entry points
Strategy Studio opens to a mission picker. Six entry points, research-validated:
- New messaging framework.
- New brief.
- Refine an existing framework.
- Audit a positioning statement.
- Build a regional variant from a base.
- Compare two frameworks.
Each entry point routes the agent into the right scaffold and pre-loads canon context.
Pushback
The Analyzer agent inside Strategy Studio applies diagnostic tests:
- Substitution test. Replace the brand with a competitor. If the positioning still works, it is a category claim, not a brand position.
- Specificity test. Could a writer brief a designer with this audience description?
- Consistency test. Does the positioning match the documented voice?
Failed tests produce a named pushback. The operator decides: revise, accept the gap, or override.
Reading from Brand Brain
Strategy Studio reads Foundation, Strategy, Audiences, Competitive frame, and Voice. Every suggestion the agent makes cites the section it came from. If a section is empty (a gap), the agent says so before suggesting.
Handoff to Content Engine
A completed brief sends to Content Engine in one named action. Content Engine pre-loads the brief and prepares the channel set defined in the brief.
Tone
Formality 40, Warmth 35, Certainty 35, Brevity 25.
Strategy Studio is the most terse AI surface in the product. Output streams. Every word is a chance for the cursor to nudge.
