Stage 1: Brand identity
Start with the homepage URL. Confirm the markets in scope.
Stage 1 is the first pre-agent step. Two locks:
- Valid website provided.
- Primary markets confirmed.
Both must be satisfied to advance.
What URL inference reads
The intake fetches the homepage, the about page, and a sample of product or service pages. From those, it surfaces:
- Brand name and any taglines.
- Visible positioning language.
- Product or service categories.
- Hints about industry, audience, and tone.
The operator confirms or edits. None of this enters Brand Brain at this stage. The output is a draft profile the agent will validate later.
What URL inference does not do
- Read content behind authentication.
- Crawl every page on the site.
- Compose strategy.
- Write to Brand Brain.
If the public site is incomplete or out of date, the document path picks up where the URL stops.
Markets
Pick every market the brand actively runs in. Not every market the brand could enter. Examples: KSA, UAE, EGY, TUR.
Markets shape:
- The agent's regional research depth. Intel Desk reads the named markets first.
- The voice variants Brand Voice will hold. Formality and tone shift by market.
- The compliance rules Brand Guard will check against. Regulatory profile per market.
A market added later requires a refresh. A market dropped later requires an audit. Pick honestly.
Lock satisfied
When both locks are green, advance to Stage 2.
