Brand Onboarding
The guided intake agent. Turns evidence and operator answers into a first-pass Brand Kit.
Brand Onboarding runs the first setup session. It reads the intake handoff, reviews uploaded evidence, fills the Brand Kit shape, and asks one question when the next field is blocked.
It does not own the long-term canon. Brand Crafter handles refresh, re-validation, and stewardship after onboarding.
What Brand Onboarding runs
Brand Onboarding uses a builder-style loop:
- Reads the onboarding snapshot.
- Chooses the next Brand Kit section.
- Uses uploaded documents and knowledge files before asking.
- Saves one structured section when evidence is sufficient.
- Computes progress from Brand Kit shape coverage.
- Asks one focused question when a field is blocked.
What It Produces
- Foundation.
- Strategy.
- Voice.
- Voice prompt.
- Style signals.
- Personas.
- Channels.
- Asset references.
- Named gaps.
What It Never Does
- Invents missing strategy.
- Treats automatic research as final truth.
- Marks progress through a separate stage ledger.
- Uses workspace notes as a substitute for the Brand Kit artifact.
- Approves its own draft.
The operator authors the brand. Brand Onboarding keeps the draft structured, sourced, and ready for approval.
