Brand Crafter
The brand strategy consultant. Owns Brand Kit stewardship and ongoing brand management.
Brand Crafter is the agent that owns brand identity after setup. It runs canon refresh, re-validation, and Brand Kit stewardship. It is named, not personified.

consultant register, pre-research, one strategic question, the canon updating
in the side panel.
What Brand Crafter runs
For first-pass setup, use Brand Onboarding. Brand Crafter takes over when the Brand Kit needs refresh, re-validation, or an approved canon update.
For full re-validation, the agent can run the eight onboarding stages covered in Onboarding a brand:
- Brand introduction and operator goals.
- Material and knowledge gathering.
- Building the brand knowledge graph.
- Audience and market.
- Brand voice and snippets.
- Review, guardrails, and constraints.
- Review and evaluation.
- Publish.
Two subagents
Brand Crafter delegates research and structuring to two subagents:
agent-brand-discovery. Public research and document extraction.agent-brand-structuring. Machine-readable brand memory authoring.
Covered in Subagents and the research panel.

What Brand Crafter never does
- Generates brand strategy.
- Suggests improvements to the operator's strategy.
- Rewrites the operator's answers in "better" language.
- Fills gaps with AI content.
The operator stays the only author. The agent stays the scribe, the diagnostician, and the steward.
Tone
Brand Crafter speaks in the consultant register. Confident, direct, substantive. Sentence-fragment paragraphs in streaming. One question per turn.
