We collect information that you provide directly to us, information we obtain automatically when you use our services, and information from third-party sources.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, as well as to communicate with you and ensure the security of our platform.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
Service Providers: We work with trusted third-party providers who assist us in operating our platform, including cloud hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, or legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We use PostHog to understand how visitors and customers use NeoIQ and to improve the service. Analytics runs by default and includes page visits, browser and device information, timestamps, and selected actions such as account creation, onboarding completion, successful AI runs, content exports, and subscription checkout completion. PostHog receives IP addresses as part of network requests. We associate signed-in activity with internal user and organization identifiers so we can understand usage across sessions and workspaces. For AI operations, we also collect model and provider identifiers, token usage, estimated costs, latency, failure status, and numeric evaluation scores, linked to internal user, organization, and run identifiers.
We use session recordings to understand navigation and interaction patterns, including scrolling and pointer activity. Recordings show the page as it appeared, including text, images, and chat and editor content. Password and email fields are masked before recording data is sent, as are hidden form fields; canvas content and pages embedded from other sites are not recorded. Automatic click and form capture as separate analytics events, console recording, and network header and body capture are disabled. We exclude prompts, uploaded documents, generated content, email addresses, and credentials from product-event and AI-observability payloads, and remove URL query strings, fragments, and authentication tokens in supported URL paths from page and replay URLs. AI-observability payloads also exclude tool inputs and outputs, free-form feedback comments, evaluation explanations, and error details. PostHog uses first-party cookies and browser storage to retain analytics identifiers; these are separate from the cookies needed to sign in.
Browser analytics and session recording respect Do Not Track where your browser provides that signal. You can also restrict cookies and site storage using your browser settings, although this alone may not stop all analytics requests. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data. You can manage most of your information directly through your account settings.
