Account Registration

Use of Services

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Acceptable Use: You may not use the Services to generate, distribute, or promote content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or interfere with their operation.

AI-Generated Content: Our Services utilize artificial intelligence to assist with content creation. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before use.

Intellectual Property

The NeoIQ platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by NeoIQ and protected by intellectual property laws. Your use of the Services does not grant you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the Services themselves.

• Your Content. You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to our platform. By using our Services, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content as necessary to provide the Services.
• Generated Content. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you own the outputs generated through your use of our AI tools. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.
• Feedback. If you provide feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use them without obligation to you.

Payment & Billing

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the Services, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access the Services will immediately cease. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
